  During the Hail Mary IMAX visit last week, our pre-ordered popcorn and soda was prepared around 20 minutes before we arrived, and was not warm and tasty and the soda was also watered down. During that IMAX movie, a couple of watches around us kept lighting up, and then, two seats to the left someone was texting on it at full brightness. Over $40 for this crappie visit! Management gave us complementary tickets. We used the complementary tickets today. Well into the movie, a lady one seat to the left and in front of us, started scrolling through her phone, holding it above her lap and it was very bright. We politely asked her to please stop. At that request she laughed loudly and put her phone high above her lap and continued to scroll and text. It seems now, there's self-entitled rights of the cell phone (or watch) users to trump common courtesy to let the audience around them enjoy an uninterrupted movie experience. Cinemark is powerless to stop it. At home movies are starting to be a lot more appealing. I wanted some much needed R&R due to a difficult week, instead I get rudeness and confrontation. I was proud of myself, typically I'll get vulgar and meet their rudeness with being very rude and confrontational, today, I asked nicely then sought Cinemark help. This ruined our movie experience, so we left just as the movie was getting good too. At home movies may be the way of our future, this is the way.

  I like the new menu update, there's a lot more variety and foods to choose from. It has screenx, Dbox, and descent sized theater rooms

  Can't go to a movie without having people talking, on the phone and even taking seats they haven't purchased.

  The staff is rude and the managers don't care someone should really take care of that but hey I doubt they will I'm just one of many. Very disappointed

  It's a movie theatre. If you're having a bad experience at a movie theatre where the only human interaction is showing your ticket and grabbing food from the concession stand, then IDK what to tell you 🤣😭. I've never had a bad experience at any movie theater, and I've pretty much been to all name brand theatres at different locations, countries, and cities.
