Courteous service. Clean & well maintained place, nice shaded seating areas for guardians and a restaurant with plenty of booths on the arcade site. However, not so many rides. The best one is the go-karts but the smog ordor is not pleasant.

The go-karts were run by just kids. It took forever, and they clearly were not enforcing the posted rules. People were getting out of carts while others were still racing. Staff was showing off with tricks in the carts. Extremely scary for a parent who wants a safe yet fun activity for older kids. It is extremely expensive. You probably won’t get another turn at the go-karts unless you're willing to wait over 3 hours. I will not be returning.

I would give zero stars if I could. We went right at opening (2:00 PM on a weekday), so the place wasn’t crowded and should have been clean and ready. Unfortunately, the restrooms were terrible—all five were very dirty, including the floors. It honestly felt like they hadn’t been cleaned that day. Very disappointing experience.

Boomers was a fun part of our day today. We enjoyed 1/2 price games on Tuesday so we got more play out of the day. We also had 1 "all day unlimited rides" wristband for $45. Unfortunately Boomers doesn't open until 2:00 even during the areas spring break time. The child i brought had to be back home by 4:30 so im not sure if it was worth the price. I was disappointed with the indoor arcade. It didn't really have many games to hold the interest of my 9 year old girl and, of course, were pretty expensive. I haven't been there for many years and the rides and attractions had been cut down a bit to make way for too much seating that was mostly unshaded. There were only 3 rides that my child was interested in so, again, I didn't find much value in the wristband. We did have a fun two hours together though and that's what matters most, even if we had to spend $100 for only 1 person for 2 hours with no food or snacks. Not sure if I'll go back...

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. We went to Boomers Irvine yesterday for my friend’s birthday and had a very disturbing and dangerous experience on the go-karts around 3pm. As we were parking the karts at the end of the ride, a kid with special needs slammed into the back of my kart at full speed. The impact was extremely loud and violent. My ear immediately started bleeding and continued bleeding for about 20 minutes, I now have a 3-inch bruise on my leg, and I am experiencing neck pain from the whiplash after being rear-ended. The crash was so loud that people waiting in line asked if I was okay, because they clearly saw and heard what happened. Even the two karts in front of me complained about neck pain from the chain impact. When I managed to recover from the impact and look back at who it was, the kid was laughing and smiling and he could barely hold the wheel for his challenged condition. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of response from the staff. I told the go-kart attendant that I was bleeding, and she ignored me and continued giving instructions about how to park the karts instead of addressing the injury or stopping the situation. In addition to having allowed a kid with special needs operate a heavy dangerous vehicle that resulted in an accident and injuries in the park, my group and I also noticed something very concerning throughout the ride: multiple kids who appeared smaller than the posted height requirement were allowed to drive go-karts by themselves, and we witnessed this several times. When we spoke with the manager, Coby, the response was extremely disappointing. I was given a bottle of water, offered an ice pack, and 20 arcade credits. That was the entire response to a situation where a guest was bleeding and injured on one of their attractions. The kid who caused the crash was clearly struggling to control the kart and laughing immediately after the collision, which raised serious concerns about whether the ride operators are properly evaluating who should be allowed to drive these vehicles safely. Despite the severity of the crash, the person responsible was allowed to continue riding other attractions immediately afterward even though the attendants said he would be banned or at least had to be accompanied by an adult who can hold the wheel for him. This whole experience shows a serious lack of supervision and safety enforcement on the go-karts. These are heavy motorized vehicles, and when rules are not enforced and staff are inattentive, people can get seriously hurt. Safety should be the absolute priority at a family entertainment center. Instead, what I experienced was negligence and indifference from staff. This is extremely disappointing and very dangerous that due to the negligence of the young adults that operate these attractions, I got injured, but tomorrow a kid can die if this keeps happening. I will never return to this park nor ever take my own kids, and I strongly caution others to think twice before riding the go-karts here, they clearly don’t have enough training or simply don’t care about the customers safety enough to have the necessary measures in place.
