- YYYvaniaNov 3, 20255.0Brook from the Hayward studio ATE my senior pics UP 🥹 (and these were my retakes btw) she’s such a sweetheart fr. She took her time, made sure I looked good in every shot, and even showed me the pics as we went. My first ones (that some guy named Daniel took) were honestly so bad, he had an attitude, super rude, rushed everything, and didn’t care how they turned out. When I got them back, they were absolutely horrible. But Brook? She for sure knows what she’s doing!! Give this baddie a raise 💋
- SPSamyak PatelOct 12, 20252.0Senior in bay area. The reception and outfit staff were very nice. The actual photographers were very rushed and did not do a good job. I received my mock pictures and in every single one of them I am looking down. Photographers did not let me see the pictures in person saying I would receive them in the mail. Come to see them in the mail, I don't like a single one of them, and the worst part is I had to pay just for the photoshoot. If I want another chance to take pictures, I have to pay again. Photographers need to do a better job, my friends have had similar experiences with poor photography and angle.

I just want to give a big thank you to my photographer, Trini! She immediately made me feel completely safe, comfortable, and at ease! She walked me through every step and had such a fantastic eye for even the smallest details. What started as something nerve wracking turned into such a beautiful experience that I’ll truly never forget!!!! Trini made me laugh, captured some of the best photos of me, and made the whole experience so easy and beyond comfortable! My family and I were hoping to book her again for family portraits! We tried reaching out through JCPenney studios like she suggested but unfortunately they had no idea who we were talking about. Not to mention they don’t even offer out of studio locations (of our choice!) ðŸ˜! Her talent, kindness, and attention to detail truly set her apart. I’ll forever cherish these photos and this experience thank you so much to that photographer!
- IHIzzy HAug 7, 20253.0This places take pictures for HS cap and gown and yearbook. The person in the front desk was nice and fast. She was in charge of the payment and the clothing. We were told to seat near the door but we were not aware that the seating is by number, my son got skipped. For the first picture, my son got called in by one of the worker that looked like he didn't want to be there, he looked hagard and no energy. He took my son's photo for about 2 minutes. For the 2nd photo, he was called by a petite lady and she took her time to fix everything and made sure the photo and poses were perfect. Hope they have more photographer like her for this special graduation photo.
