  (Hayward location) took my daughter here for her senior pictures last month. I hated ever photo proof taking. The day of her appointment the lady taking her pictures didn't engage, the lighting was dark when I asked she said it's not going to look like that when I got the photos back That's exactly how they looked dark and not centered. The photos my daughter picked out wasn't even uploaded. They picked the worst ones. I don't have an options to choose from they all look the same.I paid $30 just to take the photos with different backgrounds and poses. That didn't happen all the photos looked the same nothing to choose from For the price of these pictures they should have better lighting and photographer's.oh but it's $25 touch up. Now I'd have to find another place to take better pictures for an affordable price. My advice is don't waste your time with them and find a one hour photo place to do a better job with more options. I refuse to take her back here to retake the photos. Wish schools would stop using them and find a more professional place.

  Timings are wrong online it says open at 10am but when I go there it says closed and opens at 12pm

  Brook from the Hayward studio ATE my senior pics UP 🥹 (and these were my retakes btw) she’s such a sweetheart fr. She took her time, made sure I looked good in every shot, and even showed me the pics as we went. My first ones (that some guy named Daniel took) were honestly so bad, he had an attitude, super rude, rushed everything, and didn’t care how they turned out. When I got them back, they were absolutely horrible. But Brook? She for sure knows what she’s doing!! Give this baddie a raise 💋

  Senior in bay area. The reception and outfit staff were very nice. The actual photographers were very rushed and did not do a good job. I received my mock pictures and in every single one of them I am looking down. Photographers did not let me see the pictures in person saying I would receive them in the mail. Come to see them in the mail, I don't like a single one of them, and the worst part is I had to pay just for the photoshoot. If I want another chance to take pictures, I have to pay again. Photographers need to do a better job, my friends have had similar experiences with poor photography and angle.
