  The parking garage made getting to the theatre easy. The entry was a bit confusing. You buy the popcorn before getting to the tickets which is weird. The napkins dispenser was the same color as the counter and set way back. If you're short or had short arms, getting napkins would be hard. The seats were not as comfortable as I was hoping for but sufficed. I did appreciate the location being safe and there were many families going here. That felt good.

  I visited Cinemark Century Hayward for the first time, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Since I live in Hayward, it’s extremely convenient—just a single bus route (Bus 9) brings me right there. The theater is located in a nice area surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafés, which makes it perfect for planning something before or after your movie. I went to watch Dhundhar and had a smooth experience from the start. I had already booked my ticket online, so there was no hassle upon arrival. They do have one self-checkout counter, which is convenient, and someone is always present at the auditorium entrance in case you need assistance. The lady there was very kind, welcoming, and courteous. A cute touch—they offer stickers for kids, which I found really sweet. They also have a Photo Booth for $8 where you get 4 photos. Honestly, that was impressive and a fun little add-on to the visit. The snack options were good, and I was surprised to see that they even sell blankets. A unique and thoughtful offering for people who get cold easily. Now… about the auditorium. This is the one part that really disappointed me. The chairs were uncomfortable and noticeably old. For a place that otherwise offers a great experience, I genuinely hope they upgrade the seating soon. It would make a huge difference. On a positive note, the restrooms were clean, which I appreciated. Overall, I had a good time here. With a seating upgrade, this location could easily become my go-to theater.

  I will not be coming back here until a curfew is put into place for minors. I love this theater, I really do. But teenagers are out of control here.

  This theatre is disgusting. The seats are filthy and it smells like an encampment. For the price, it would be nice to sit comfortably. My family of 5 and I paid $74 to watch zootopia and I was so anxious about my kids enjoying their snacks while seated in those chairs. Something seriously needs to be done.
