  I worked with Richard Schultz on a full LinkedIn upgrade — including headshots, resume improvements, posts, and overall profile presentation — and the experience was outstanding. Richard was responsive, organized, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish, offered clear guidance, and turned around proofs and edits quickly. The process felt structured and collaborative from beginning to end. What impressed me most was his commitment to making sure the final result truly reflected my goals.   We did a family/newborn photo shoot with Richard. It was a fun and pleasant experience, and he was professional and fun to work with. Richard was open and flexible with ideas that I had for photo ideas and communicative with us throughout the entire process. He also returned the photos to us the day of the shoot. I recommend using Richard's services for family photography and would use his services again to shoot our family.
