  They recently changed the format to having all the instruction clues in a single binder instead of hidden throughout. This took away a lot of the challenge and we finished in 35 minutes - a pretty short experience for what we paid. My 12 year old had been literally begging me for weeks to go again and he was SO disappointed afterward that he cried.

  My brother and I had the most amazing time in the Enchanted Forest themed escape room. Ms. Selena was an absolute angel, she was so fun and a great moderator/game master person. It was challenging, fun, and a great way to sneak in a bit of sibling time.

  Olivia! Not only was she the best game master I’ve ever had at one of these escape room experience thingies, her inspirational energy was enough to put a smile on my ratchety old face. Olivia! Absolute loved our time in Survive, one of the puzzles gave us a bit of trouble, but our wonderful gm got us through it Olivia! 10/10 would visit again, Mark and Olivia made the entire experience… I thought saying her name three times would summon her （−＿−；）

  I had such an incredible experience at Red Door Escape Room, and it was all thanks to Oliva! From the moment we walked in, Olivia brought the perfect mix of energy, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. She made us feel welcomed right away, explained everything clearly, and set the tone for an immersive, exciting experience. You can tell she truly loves what she does! it made a huge difference. During the escape room, her attention to detail and timing with hints was spot on. She knew exactly when to give us a nudge without taking away from the challenge, which kept the experience fun, engaging, and just the right level of intense. It felt like she was rooting for us the entire time. What really stood out was how she elevated the whole experience beyond just a game. It felt like an adventure. Her personality, professionalism, and passion made this one of the best escape room experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re going to Red Door in Encinitas, definitely ask for Olivia. You won’t regret it. We’ll 100% be back! 🔐✨

  This was such a fun experience! My mom and I went to the escape room and we did Enchantment. The clues were hard but not too hard and eventually we finished with a little time to spare! Our game master, Olivia, did a great job of making the experience fun. This was our first time doing an escape room so we weren’t really sure how good we would be at it. We were extremely thankful for the hint button. Olivia always gave us helpful hints that didn’t reveal too much but always helped us on our way. We had such a great time at red door escape room and plan to go back another time to try another room!!
