- FVfelipe V6 days ago5.0muy buen cinema y tienen gusrdias armados para que nadie cometa una locura si hay mucho estacionamiento pero casi no tienen vasos de colecccion ni donde echar las crispetas Very good cinema and they have armed guards so nobody does anything crazy. There's plenty of parking, but they hardly have any collectible cups or anywhere to put the popcorn.

Me and my family and friends came to Cinemark in Downey to watch the avatar movie and we got some snacks and food and once I finish eating my cheese pizza I started to feel very sick I was throwing up and I ask if the pizza was old or what had happened because this has never happened to me before. I told them I was leaving there was no way I was gonna stay and watch a 3 hour movie feeling sick and throwing up. They gave me my money back for the movie tickets but for some reason they’re making it a big deal with giving me my refund back for the food when the food was the reason I was feeling this bad. They did their report and said they were gonna call me back the next day to see how I was and when they called me they were no help at all. I wasn’t the only one that got sick that day it was me the next day my little sister and friends were throwing up and the other one had a stomach pain with diarrhea and they think saying sorry is a big help.
- SBShamaine BrownDec 20, 20255.0This morning we had a movie showing for SpongeBob SquarePants it started at 7:55am we arrived at like 745am they did not open the door it was now 7:50am I am tapping on the door and asking why they are not open yet. I was informed they had some call outs and was still figuring things out. Understandable. They where very apologetic and nice. This was our first time there. We purchased D box seats ( they vibrate and move with the movie your watching) pretty cool right. Was it work the 23$ (adults ) $ 20(child 1-11) Maybe depends on how much action is in the movie your watching. The seats are big and recline all the way back I love that! Popcorn was amazing. I don't even like pop corn lol!!! When scream 7 come out I will def purchase that for me and my daughter!! Moving along we went to purchase our popcorn and Icy! I didn't know what to do or where to go and JOSUE was very sweet and helpful. I appreciate his knowledge and how he explained things to us. Over all a 10/10 experience. And I appreciate the early showing it was me my hubby and son and 1 other small family!! I will recommend to family and friends. I think I found my fav new movie theater!!!
