Other than the expensive snack bar (there's the dollar store near by), they have a good selection of movies and the 3D is fun if you get a chance. They have a second snack bar, but they refuse to open it no matter how many people are waiting. The wait time has been averaging about 20 minutes just to get one item. People are actually leaving the line because it’s so long. They do have a decent amount of staff on hand, but not all the registers are open, which makes the situation even worse. This is definitely a flaw in their system. I understand what they’re trying to do, but it’s not working at all. They need to come up with a better process and open that second snack bar. I also understand there may be staffing issues, but the wait times right now are ridiculous. If the line looks anything like this when you arrive, I wouldn’t even bother trying to get food. They don’t allow outside food, but you end up waiting close to a half hour just to get what you paid for. Right now we’ve been in line about 20 minutes, and we’re still not close to the front. I also want to say something about the staff behind the counter. The employees themselves are doing their best, and I would rate them higher. The real issue is with the manager. This situation is his responsibility, and he is not doing his job. He should have recognized how long the line was and opened the second snack bar. Because of that, I would definitely give the manager a one-star rating.
