Horrible, the movie was to supost starts at 14:10, it's already 40minuts of ad, it's horrible. If I had plans for today I was with a big time problem.

Absolutely ruined Christmas! We came early to buy tickets to watch a movie as a family for a 2:45pm XD 3D movie that costs $20 a ticket and the movie played for 45 minutes with muffled sound and a blurry picture. We were told they would restart it. That didn’t happen. They made an announcement that sound would not be fixed anytime soon and asked we leave the theatre to go to the front. They offered a refund or an exchange. All the movie times that day were pretty much full except the seats in the front. As our family tried to figure out our next move, another employee kept pestering us about not being able to stand where we were.
Our family has been coming here over +10 years almost every week and I honestly don’t know if we’ll be back after this. The technical difficulties, the way things were handled, and the lack of service and professionalism were absolutely ridiculous. So instead of building a great memory on Christmas, we were left disappointed and just went home. Worst experience ever!

Outrageous came in on Dec. 23 on a Tuesday and tried to purchase tickets for my kids and I. We come every Tuesday to the movies because it’s at a discounted price on Tuesday. To my surprise they are not discounting the tickets today due to the kids being out on Holiday. What a disgusting greedy company! For the next two Tuesdays…
This is no shade to the employees they are were very respectful! But that why it is empty ok December 23,2025! That’s what ya get for being greedy in this economy, y’all have all the seats available and I hope it stays that way greedies!!!

A white man with glasses (very rude) refused to let us in because we weren’t 25, even though my siblings and I have been coming here every month for the past 6 months. We usually arrive around 8 PM with my two siblings and my boyfriend we do this every month we come late since I work last time came on thanksgiving We have never had an issue before, and I have proof of our regular visits.
They now claim there is a curfew, but this was never announced anywhere. We were not informed ahead of time, and this is not a club, so this policy made no sense. Very unprofessional and inconsistent treatment.
