We had a great time with our friends and family. The food and drinks were good and prices were reasonable.

Late show start, 0 customer service. 7 dollar room temperature waters, food with no utensil , napkins, follow up service to see if we needed anything, which we've needed, absolute trash venue . Garbage experience. Never coming back. Comedians did their job tremendously well.. but F.T.P

I had a terrible experience at the Brea Improv on April 3rd for the 9:45 PM Ari Matti show. I purchased tickets through the Gametime app and drove over an hour (23 miles from Newport Beach) to attend. After arriving, I waited in line for about 45 minutes. When I finally got to the door, the venue scanned my tickets and told me they were “not real.” The situation got worse from there. The manager came out and was extremely forceful and dismissive. Her only response was essentially, “We don’t work with that company. You need to contact them. I can’t help you.” There was zero effort to assist, no attempt to verify anything further, and no basic level of empathy—even though I was clearly the one who had just been ripped off. I understand ticket issues can happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. I had already invested significant time and money getting there, only to be turned away with no help, no alternatives, and no understanding from staff. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a venue. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any support here. Would not recommend.

I went to Brea Improv for the first time to watch Rafi Bastos, and it was such a great experience. The venue is very cozy, and the table layout is well thought out, so you get a great view no matter where you’re sitting. The service was attentive, and the food was surprisingly good for a comedy club. They also have a huge selection of drinks, which definitely adds to the overall experience. One thing to keep in mind is that there’s no parking directly at the building, but there is free parking just a 3 to 5 minute walk away, which was pretty convenient. Overall, it was a fun and memorable night. I would definitely come back for another show.

Poor customer service. I was offered tickets to swap shows from fri 745 to sat 945 via email. I accepted via email within 4 minutes of recieveing the offer only to get an email 24 hours later saying tickets were unavailable. I called the two days prior and left voicemails. Funny thing is when I responded to their email saying it was poor customer service they replied right away 🤷
