  Been trying to go to Rise of the Resistance for 5 years now. Every single time I'm in line it breaks and I waste an hour+ waiting. Today I got to the front after 5 years and they turn on the lights and announce it's closed again.

  Unfortunately Corporate Executives decided to remove directional signage from Anaheim DL park. Space mountain has a singles line? Wouldn't intuitly figure where that entry is, saw it when Exiting SM. So you saved $1m but angered many into future avoidance. Forcing use of app, spyware, for everything when you don't support all Android phones is pathetic. Bean counters managed to alienate generations that built the parks. My remedy was avoiding food purchases and bringing my own. On a positive note the bus service to toy story parking lot was quick loading with little wait. So 1 star became a 2 star rating

  cant belive how expensive and the wait for rides/ then you to buy a pass to bypass regular line. and to find out i had to pay extra for certain rides. Amazing. but if you have 800 to to a 1000.00 to spend you have good time. that just for wife and me. Enjoy 😉

  This place is my happy place. I go at least once a week because I have a pass. Things have just sinced COVID. Options are more pricey now, the car lot for drop off is atrocious and about to get worse. Mobile order is helpful, but I fear it being lost at my favorite locations. Characters are the best part of the park for me. I love them. They make me feel special. Rides are fun. I just wish they didn't break down so often. All of this being said. I still love the place with all my heart.

  Had a problem with my reservation😢 Earl took care of us with exemplary customer service. We made our dinner reservation and left happy. I am close to the renewal date for my annual pass so I told my daughter if the Disneyland employee could not make a decision to help me that I would not renew my pass. If the customer service had gone downhill then I felt the annual pass didn’t hold any value anymore. Everyone expects Disneyland to provide top notch customer service. Well, I’m renewing and upgrading because they haven’t lost their touch! I was pleasantly surprised that Earl, who was working at lost and found/ticketing at 7pm on 2/13, really knows how to do his job! Thank you Earl, I did have fun! Thank you so much!
