The only complaint I have is that the last 3 times I have come here and purchased a soda and every time the soda tastes watered down. I thought maybe it was the one machine or one flavor, but I tried l different flavors different times and they all were watered down. This is extremely disappointing. You spend $7 for a watered down soda. Seeing movies in theaters used to be a fun experience but now I understand it is a dying industry.

I lost one of my earbuds inside the theater and could clearly see it on my finder app and it seemed to move locations out of the theater once I left the mall, but when I asked to retrieve it, I was told that staff “couldn’t find it.” I politely offered to leave something valuable behind as collateral so I could quickly check for it myself, but one of the employees refused and interrupted my conversation with another staff member in a very rude manner. Later, when I spoke to a different employee who seemed willing to help, the same person interrupted again and denied my request. Additionally, the dbox seats were underwhelming — the motion effect was minimal even at the highest setting, and I don’t believe they were worth the $70 price. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing, both in terms of customer service and value. I would not recommend this location.
