  One of the best theater experiences in Tucson. The seats are insanely comfortable and the place is kept clean, including the bathrooms. Went to see Hail Mary and it was amazing! They could turn the volume down a little but otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

  Went to see Project Hail Mary and had another bad experience with the same elder lady at the ticket counter. This is the third time we’ve dealt with her, and every time she’s been rude and acts like we’re bothering her just for buying tickets. After the movie, my boyfriend realized he left his debit card inside. We asked her if anything had been turned in and she said no. We checked ourselves, found nothing, then asked again. Suddenly she said a card had been found “hours ago,” which made no sense since we had just left about 20 minutes earlier. It felt dishonest and unnecessary.This isn’t new behavior either. Previously, she refused to let us exchange a blanket we had just bought (same price) until a manager stepped in, then made a rude comment.At this point, it’s clearly a pattern. Staff should know how to treat customers respectfully. I wouldn’t recommend this theater.
