That issue was not disclosed when we bought the tickets online or when we arrived, and when we complained again on the way out they said the owner knew but didn’t want to close that theater room. We didn’t get a refund back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Did an awesome job explaining the way things go and how to go about ordering options. I think they should come up with a better system for the online ordering while at your seat though. Im not sure what it is but refills usually take a lot longer than you’d think.
