    Fortunately, we love the Majestic! ....and we love Marius, our server! Again, Fortunately. When we walk in we are fortunate to always get Marius as our server, knowing exactly what we want and service is always great! Makes our experience so much better!

    Saw wicked here, it was a great experience! The seats were so comfortable and we had Marius Y as a server, who was wonderful and checked on us a good amount. I could have asked for a better screening of wicked for good! Thank you Marius!

    Went here the other day and by far the best and most professional server I had named Lex. He was professional and prompt. Only thing that was disappointing was I don't think they carry Gluten free pizza anymore, but besides that everything was great. It's usually good but Lex's professionalism was like dining at a restaurant not a movie.

    Who thought QR code menus where you have to use your phone were a good idea at a movie theater? The website you order from was horrible and barely functioned, the servers were walking in front of us the whole time and were so distracting. We ordered two waters and a couple burgers and the waters took 40 minutes to be delivered AFTER our burgers which had no flavor at all. I wanted to give this place a chance to see if it was better than The Alamo but it’s so much worse. Never coming back again.

    Please add 1 more star to this review if you are not planning to order any food or beverages during your visit. Unfortunately, the problem with my experience was about the food. I’m tech savvy and know where to get the menu and placed the order without issues, even caught on that I have to order water as an item. I arrived 30 minutes early hoping that I can order everything well before the movie starts. Not only it didn’t happen, I waited 25 minutes for my water, and another 20 minutes for food after the movie started. In addition, my food came without the key ingredient of the dish - the pork. I hated that In the middle of the movie, I had to pull up my phone to ping our server. Another 10 minutes has gone by, no server in sight, got a hold of the runner who was dropping off my in-law’s food, and then I had to whisper what the issue was. Missed 5 minutes of the movie. I finally got the proper dish with everything in it…20 minutes later. Another 20 minutes after, another food runner showed up with the same dish, another disruption of the movie. SMH. I appreciate the effort, and the meal was comped (need to clarify on their recovery), but sighhhh, I just knew that this would have been a way better experience without the F&B hiccups.
