  Did kids bday party here. Sal the Asst Mgr needs a raise. This guy was like a personal concierge. Felt like a 5 start hotel. Set up entire custom tablecloth, plates, cup situation and all decorations. So helpful and made it very stress free. Would highly recommend and ask for Sal. Place is clean too.

  I want to give the biggest, most heartfelt thank-you to the incredible team at SlickCity Scottsdale. During our very first visit, the staff showed a level of care, patience, and compassion that I have never experienced at any kid play place, truly elite customer service in every possible way. I want to personally recognize Uli (Action Monitor), Hassan (Action Monitor), Asher (Action Monitor), Zarin (Action Monitor), their Supervisor Brandy (Team Lead), and Assistant Manager Sal, who didn’t want to be listed because he wanted the focus on his team, but absolutely deserves recognition as his management style is being incorporated into his employees. Every one of them went above and beyond. My youngest daughter had been trying to go down a slide but was too scared after several attempts. This amazing team didn’t give up on her. They encouraged her gently, supported her with patience, and eventually one of the employees went down the slide right next to her, cheering her on the whole way down. The rest of the team waited at the bottom like proud cheerleaders, giving her huge congratulations for her big accomplishment. The smile on her face was unforgettable, and it was all because of them. Later in our visit, my oldest daughter accidentally burned both of her knees (through no fault of SlickCity), and again the staff immediately stepped in with kindness. They brought her ice packs, comforted her, and offered nothing but positive support. Both of my kids were given complimentary sodas for their bravery and minor injuries, which meant so much to them. This team showed genuine heart, true professionalism, and a level of dedication that is extremely rare to find. They turned what could have been a stressful day into a memorable, uplifting one for my family. If corporate management reads this review, I would greatly appreciate being personally contacted. I want to express directly how exceptional this entire team is and how much their actions meant to us. Thank you again to every team member for your kindness, your encouragement, and your dedication. You made our first trip to SlickCity at 9189 E Talking Stick Wy, Scottsdale, AZ 85250 absolutely unforgettable in the best possible way. Kyle

  We brought our kids to Slick City to burn off some energy before we had to fly home at the end of our vacation. Everyone had an outstanding time. The entire park was in great condition and very clean, including the restrooms. Top notch facility, top notch team. Keep up the great work!

  Slick City is definitely a big facility with plenty of slide options for all levels of daredevils. I really appreciate that they have a designated area for children 5 and under, especially since the main play areas are filled with big kids and adults running around. However, I found the environment extremely loud and many areas, especially around the slide entrances, were quite dark, which felt unsafe for younger children. Unfortunately, none of the slides were being monitored, and I was surprised by how many adults were using them without much regard for the kids around them. Cleanliness was also a concern. The snack counter was impressively clean, but the rest of the facility could really use a deep cleaning and more frequent maintenance. This is not a place where you can sit back and relax as a parent. I highly recommend supervising your kids closely at all times. While the concept of Slick City is fun and exciting, better cleanliness, lighting, and supervision would make it a much safer and more enjoyable experience for everyone.
