  This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing family experiences we’ve had. First, the pricing for a simple drop-in visit is extremely expensive for a family. For what you get, the cost already feels excessive, but the real issue is your policies and how they are enforced. It is frankly blasphemous that parents are not allowed to walk up and help their young children at the top of the slides without purchasing a full-price wristband. Expecting a 4-year-old to navigate the slides alone without parental guidance is unreasonable. Even worse, your staff is clearly trained to prioritize enforcing wristbands over basic safety and customer experience. I was harassed repeatedly by a “mall cop”–style employee with a clipboard simply for helping my young child figure out how to safely use the slides. I understand not allowing adults to use the equipment without paying — that makes sense. But preventing a parent from briefly assisting a small child is pure profit-driven nonsense. It sends a very clear message: revenue matters more to you than safety or customer experience. That is not a business model families should trust. Yes, I was refunded in full — which was the right thing to do — but the damage is done. You have permanently lost me as a customer. I will also be making sure friends and our school community know about this experience so they can decide whether they want to support a business that treats parents like rule-breakers for helping their kids stay safe. Overall, this was an embarrassment of a customer experience and a policy that needs serious reconsideration if you actually want families to come back.

  I had such an amazing experience at Slick City! From the moment we arrived, everything was organized, clean, and so much fun. Sal and Richard truly went above and beyond to make sure our visit was perfect — they were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared that everyone was having a great time. Their customer service completely blew me away. You can tell they take pride in what they do and it made the whole experience feel extra special. We will absolutely be coming back and recommending Slick City to everyone we know!

  Such a fun indoor park for kids and even adults! We recently had our kiddo’s birthday party here. Vinny was our host, and he was amazing. He really helped us have zero stress throughout the whole party. Huge kudos to Vinny! If you’re looking for a place to tire out your kids, this is definitely it, super fun, and we will definitely be going back.

  Coming from out of town and this was the highlight of our vacation (even over the zoo). If you’re an adult be sure to join the fun however if you’re taller you will get rug burns as the mats are designed for smaller kids.

  Slick City in Scottsdale completely ruined my son’s 6th birthday, and I am still heartbroken and shaken by how we were treated. This was supposed to be a joyful, once-in-a-lifetime memory for my child. Instead, it turned into confusion, embarrassment, and disappointment that I cannot undo. We had 25 children waiting, excited and dressed for a birthday party, only to be abandoned with no party host due to what we were told was a “family emergency.” While I understand emergencies happen, what I cannot understand is how no one cared enough to step in, communicate, or help us in any way. There was no backup plan, no management presence, no apology that felt sincere, and absolutely no customer service. We were left scrambling in front of parents and children, trying to explain why nothing was happening. Watching my son’s face fall realizing his birthday wasn’t going the way he imagined is something I will never forget. This place showed zero compassion, especially toward a child. Birthdays are not just events; they are memories that stay with children forever. Slick City did not care that they destroyed that memory. Instead of trying to make things right, we were met with indifference and essentially told to never come back. The entire operation felt like it was being run by untrained teenagers with no supervision, no leadership, and no accountability. There was no sense that anyone was in charge or that anyone cared how badly this affected us. I am completely and utterly upset. I have hosted many children’s birthday parties and take pride in creating special days for my child yet this was, without question, the most embarrassing and painful experience we have ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please save yourself the heartbreak. Do not host your child’s birthday here. They do not care about your child, your time, or the memories they are responsible for creating.
