The food was good and reasonably priced, the rides were fun and the employees were considerate. I had forgot that I had a pair of socks already and they refunded the socks I bought online instead of just charging me for it like I thought they would. Excellent slushies and Dip’n dots! A great time!!!

Super clean and very nice atmosphere. We went on a Tuesday afternoon and it perfect because it wasn't crowded. I rated it 5 stars, but found it a little overpriced, even though it is a wonderful place and the grandchildren all loved it. Wish you didn't have to use their socks, at $ 4.95 a pair because that adds up when you have multiple children.

my kids have a great time and the young kids running it are friendly, but i have to say the place is disgusting, the bathrooms have not been cleaned properly in months , i went over thanksgiving break and figured they were super busy came back to the same built up urine and crud around the toilets globs of dust every where, is so new this shouldn’t be this much of an issue, i couldn’t find a table to sit at cause they weren’t bussed , i don’t expect them to clean peoples food but they need to wipe tables . it’s sad cause we love having this so close but the cleanliness worry’s me,

We have been at this location numerous times and enjoyed ourselves very much; however, this visit did not live up to past experiences. Specifically speaking, the 5 and under zone was very dirty inside the play gym as well as the general floor space within this zone. The play gym has clearly taken on some where and tear without being maintained. There are many broken parts as well as torn spots. My hope is management will please note this and spend the time and money to fix this specific area within Slick City for the safety and health of the littles. One reason we enjoy this location is because we can entertain the bigs and littles under one roof. I'd like to be able to continue enjoying Slick City, but if the facility is not going to maintain a safe and healthy environment, then the cost isn't worth it.

Honestly, the attractions and the rides were incredible! The low rating comes from our experience at the food court called “the cafe” with Josh. Argumentative, unclear, and unacceptable. We simply ordered 4 Icees, but his lack of acknowledgement left it unclear whether he was actually taking our order or not. The only affirmation we got in response was an “is that all?” Little to our surprise, the order was not only incorrect in that we got 3 slushies. We reminded that we had asked for four, but were told we were “only charged for 3.” Correct, but we did not want 3, we wanted four and were willing to pay for the fourth. A simple repeat of the order could’ve helped to avoid this entirely, but instead we got the fourth made incorrectly. After having no luck conveying our request (or rather the reception of our order being neglected), we needed to flag down another employee, explain the situation, and they were able to get us the drinks we had asked for. Ultimately an incredibly unprofessional exchange. At least this was an encounter that I shared with my group because otherwise, I don’t think they would have believed me when I told them about it. Once again, the slides were great, but avoid the cafe and you should be fine because the ones manning it seem to forget they are.
