  The worst hall ever .. worst customer serrvice .. bathrooms are dirty and not serviced .. security guards are rude .. asked to talk to manager and the manager was also rude .. never going back again

  DO NOT BOOK YOUR EVENT HERE! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Your wedding day is supposed to be the happiest day of your life. Not in my case. My reception was ruined. I was very embarrassed for many reasons. The centerpieces we falling down and one of my guests got cut. The servers were putting my wedding cake on foam plates!!!!!!! Like SERIOUSLY?????? This wasn't a BBQ, this was my wedding reception!!! None of the main staff were there so we were own our own with no one to be held responsible for these incidents. Trying to get in touch with Christina (Manager) or Doug (Owner)... Good Luck! They never answer the phone even for the incidents that occurred at my reception. When we talked to the owner he refused to give me back my full deposit for the inconvenience. I could go on and on about everything that went wrong! If you're smart.. get a building and become his competitor because if anyone is willing to pay for poor customer service and lack of professionalism than you can too!
