- ZRZachary Rodriguez3 days ago3.0I attended a birthday party here. The equipment has a weight limit of 275lbs so I could only spectate. There is a small video arcade in the back and claw machines (half of the claw machines were not locked and another party's kids were raiding them). The party benches in the back are not suitable for adults to sit at. When I tried to take a seat the whole bench flipped over like a seesaw because of the rounded bench legs.

My children and I have never been there and we certainly will not be returning. We were greeted by rude staff (all of which could use retraining in customer service soft skills and communication) which continued throughout our time there. We came for a birthday party which also was filled with chaos and confusion. The place was dirty, especially the restrooms. Plus all of the slides were unsafe and all of us occurred injuries. This was an atrocious experience from walking in to leaving. You were paid for an experience and could have at least been kind. my rating for this is a negative out of ten and wanted this to be known.
- DNdavid nFeb 3, 20265.0Mariah at the front desk was awesome! She was super helpful, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. My granddaughter loves this place!! Not gonna lie, I like it too. It's a ton of fun! Great for families, kids, adults, couples, dates, parties, whatever! It is just a ton of fun! Great slides, cool little toddler area, basketball courts, and the food options are pretty good. We always get an Icee when we go. Highly recommended! Oh, and give Mariah a raise or a promotion or something. She deserves it!
