My kids have been to 3 other Slick City locations in the valley and they like this one the best. I appreciate that both my elementary aged child and my teenager find things to enjoy here. The staff is fastidious about cleaning. They are always wandering the floor cleaning and tidying as they monitor rule compliance. The snack bar needs a little improvement to serve dietary restricted guests but the manager was super-receptive to this feedback. I believe the location is new so it's not super-crowded yet. Pricing is reasonable. The staff members are all very friendly. The bathrooms are very clean and even include a stool for little kids and a hands-free way to open the doors. There are lots of tables and chairs for spectators and there is a huge area dedicated to parties. I do wish they had some more comfortable seating for parents, and some accessible outlets. Because we come so often, it would be nice to be able to multi-purpose my time there and get some work done. My little kid fits on the mat just fine, but my teenager experienced some friction burns from his arms rubbing on the slides. We recommend older kids and adults wear pants and sleeves! This is one of our preferred kids venues in the East Valley, and we're familiar with a lot of them.
