- SSSunriseFeb 25, 20263.0I really believe this could be an amazing park, but unfortunately our experience with the staff was disappointing. We brought grip socks from Slick City and Urban Air (Peoria location), since we visit both regularly. The staff told us we had to purchase their socks for $4.99 each, which is more expensive than other places. I politely asked if we could trade our socks instead, but the cashier went to get a manager. The manager came over, said “no,” and walked away without any further explanation or customer service. We ended up going next door to Urban Air, where they exchanged the socks for free and we had a wonderful time. I hope this park can improve its customer service, because it really does have the potential to be a great place for families. Thanks

Our party host, Tyler W did an amazing job during the entire time we were there. The check in was quick and easy, check out was smooth and all the charges were transparent. Would recommend

What we liked the most was not only one person wanted to help us all their staff was helpful the front desk awesome! The area was clean our kids loved it for what I paid for the thrill package it was worth it! I do have a few suggestions for families. Make sure your kids wear long sleeves and allowing families to bring in water is great so make sure you do
