  The general manager named TYLER wit a patchy beard and a bald head he kicked us out for no reason and we have 37 minutes left and we came back in and asked for refund and they said we still had time he said we were here since 4 and we got here at 5:30

  Our Party Host Liliana Was Amazing, but the Manager’s Behavior Was Shockingly Unprofessional We hosted a birthday party here, and Liliana was our party host. She deserves every bit of praise possible. She was kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. She checked on the kids, helped us with setup, and made sure we felt supported the entire time. She was the only reason the day stayed on track, and she absolutely deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the general manager, Tyler, made the experience unnecessarily stressful. His behavior throughout the event was extremely unprofessional. I personally overheard him speaking negatively about me as well as other guests to his staff, and he wasn’t even being discreet about it. He was doing this while customers were standing within earshot. Listening to a manager talk down about paying customers in front of both guests and employees was uncomfortable and honestly embarrassing for the business. It wasn’t just one offhand comment either. The tone, the attitude, the way he carried himself around the staff made the atmosphere tense. You could feel his negativity ripple through the room, and it was disappointing to see someone in a leadership role behave that way. It created a huge contrast with Liliana, who was doing everything in her power to keep things positive and welcoming. If this review were based on management alone, the rating would look very different. The five stars here are strictly for Liliana, because she truly saved the day with her kindness and professionalism. Liliana, thank you for being the heart and soul of our party experience. You made a difficult situation so much better, and you deserve all the recognition you can get.

  I just want the manager to know he has some great employees ! Hollan & Alondra ! I appreciate you 🫶🏼 hollan thank you for taking care of my daughter, husband and I when we came in ! Ur smile and kindness is going to take u a long way ! Alondra thank you for taking care of us at the snack bar ! And for being so kind and patient when I was ordering 🫶🏼 you girls rock !

  Overall a great place to spend a few hours in the weekend. The food area is severely understaffed. Many of the workers avoid stepping into assisted living at the front entry desk as well as the kitchen. The manager paced around and did not step up where areas were lacking. As the two gentlemen prepped food, the line at the food area grew longer, at the register. Not many staff members working the floor, leaving many slides unsupervised.

  Would have been a full star review if the staff wasn’t ignoring us and everyone else in line waiting for drinks while my kids are red and thirsty it took a good 30 minutes almost just us sitting at the counter looking at everyone while they just walk by us not saying a word or acknowledging us at all not a we are busy be with u as soon as we can or anything just invisible. I am not a person to complain I understand people get busy but it was just rude and there was no one else there until a huge line started building behind us from no one getting helped. Seemed like the only people getting helped were the ones that had beepers and were picking up there orders but between those people just walking around talking to each other while we just stand there looking at them. But other then that this place is so much fun we loved the slides including myself I would come here for adult night any day it was a blast and by far my favorite fun place to go to!
