    Stood in line to get snacks, ordered a little glass of wine and was told I’d have to get in a different line. There’s no signage to indicate a separate line for that. Either way- just know that if you offer a suggestion, you’ll be met with rude responses, they will laugh at you and continue joking about you even as other customers walk up. One cashier is an adult and the other two looked like teens. I hope all three of them learn basic customer service skills at some point in life.

    This theater is fantastic. Lounge chairs, big screens, sound and video spectacular. Concessions is also great.

    Such a fantastic experience. This movie theater is top notch with concessions even offering adult beverages. The seats were comfortable recliners. This was the best movie experience I have had in the last few years. I will be seeing all my movies here.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Cinemark recently. I arrived on time, well within operating hours, but was told the concession stand was "closed" — despite staff still being present and moving around. What’s even more frustrating is that they refused to honor the popcorn refill that was part of my purchase. When I asked about it, a staff member named Greyson was dismissive and unhelpful, simply repeating that they were closed without offering any explanation or solution. It felt like they just didn’t want to be bothered, even though customers were still coming in. This kind of poor service and disregard for paying customers is unacceptable. I paid for a service I didn’t fully receive, and I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
