  My husband and I will prob drive to Little Rock for now own. The people at the concession are so rude. It’s obvious they hate the job. Never a smile or thank you. They take their slow easy time. I watched all 4 of them and not once saw a smile. Nothing but rudeness. Got to blame management for this. It obvious they do not observe the employees and their behavior. Trust me I’m not the only one to notice this. People complain all the time. If you hate your job find another one. That goes for management also

  Gone to many movies here as we live in Conway! I have never experienced the older lady at the stand named Mary until last night. She is terrible. She was rude not to just me but many others!!! My daughter witness her standing in front of people telling them NO waving her arms at them they weren’t getting in!! But there were able to purchase tickets before hand. If everyone’s ids have to be checked at the stand then they shouldn’t let you buy them without one. It was a rated R movie I understand policy but not a single other person follows it. I have taken few groups of kids before to rated R and was never aware of a policy or not each one of them were asked for their ids either. This was a hassle and I have never been treated worse for something I was paying for and giving my daughter permission to watch. So apparently at Conway you have to be 18-17 or with your parent to watch a rated r movie and it doesn’t matter if they go with someone 18 or another adult because Mary will still rudely ask for each persons ids regardless. But this is only her because I had watched the same movie a week before and my other daughter and her friends were not asked to see ids they let us in. So yes there was a lot of confusion for me and others. Seems like there is a better way to follow this policy on the front end: I really don’t know how she even has a job still. Just appalled by her rude customer service.

  Reason for a one star rating, i can take my family of 4 to eat at a restaurant instead of paying over a $90 for popcorn and water and 2 meduim drinks and worst of all, they do not do refills, always going to this place but russellville is better.

  Best theater within atleast 2 hours. We drive all the way from beebe because the theaters closer aren't even worth the time.

  I love this place because it houses great memories of me with my children. However, I do not like how unorganized and how easily flustered they become at the snack counter. Not to mention how ridiculously expensive some of their exclusive items (popcorn buckets) have become. I took my kid there for his birthday, we had been planning it for an entire year. One of the things he wanted was one of those God forsaken pop corn buckets.....$68!!!!!!!! Sixty-eight dollars!!! I ended up spending nearly $300 for 6 tickets, two large popcorn's, a stupid popcorn bucket, a pizza, and 2 cokes. That's an insane price for popcorn and drinks yall. Calm down already cinemark, damn. Something positive though: the first time I ordered tickets online I messed up and chose the wrong date. Even tho the website said it could NOT get a refund, their customer service team via email refunded me no problem within 10 mins. That was really awesome. Thank yall for that for real!
