- ETEmily ToddDec 29, 20251.0This theater has really gone downhill. I don’t post negative reviews unless it’s truly bad. We purchased a popcorn bucket but the one on display had a crack in it. The manager offered to find us another one stating they had more in the back. My husband waited ten minutes for them to come back only for them to say they had no more. No problem. In the refund process, the manager insisted on taking back the complimentary bag of popcorn that comes along with the bucket even though my husband waited a very long time and was missing the movie. Then later he went back to the concession to buy a bottle of water. They had no more in stock so he asked if he could get a cup of tap water. They told him it’d be 7 dollars! Wouldn’t give us water otherwise. That’s criminal. Won’t give tap water to a customer who needs water after already having a frustrating experience. Not even a complimentary cup?? I’ve never experienced a theater doing business like this. We observed during this that there were several customers needing assistance but the Manager couldn’t be bothered and continued stocking candy and there were four employees just standing around. The chairs in this theater were definitely run down as well. I’d rather drive further to Little Rock and have a better experience than to come to this theater again. We were going to come back with our family the next day to see another movie but have canceled and are taking business elsewhere. Honestly sad because we used to really love coming here.

The new seats look nice but are the most uncomfortable chairs that I’ve ever sat in at a theatre. Movie was unenjoyable solely on the factor of how uncomfortable my family was in these seats.
