  My son attends another building but is a high school senior and they did not assist in accommodating someone that's not on campus. I just received the photographs and they're in an envelope that's obviously been bent/creased so their packaging is less than even mediocre for its contents

  I cannot express how disappointed I was in Lifetouch portraits. I am the director of a Preschool facility and child care center in Fayetteville, TN. If I could give Lifetouch a 0 star rating I would!I cannot tell you how disappointed we at Harmony Hill are with the service we received from Lifetouch. We were scheduled to have pictures in February but Lifetouch called and cancelled the night before saying the photographer had an emergency. We rescheduled for today at 9:30 and at 9:45 no one had shown up. When I called to find out what was going on, Corey the representative told me that the photographer decided we were too far out to come and take pictures. You guys left a lot of kids upset this morning, not to mention angry parents. After a Lifetouch representative called to reschedule in February, the only date they said they had available was today. Even though most of the schools are on Spring Break around the area and many of our students were not planning on attending this week, I went ahead and scheduled make up photos for today. I was excited about having Lifetouch come because of the cute pictures and professional (seeming) company. Professionalism is not what we saw! Some of the parents brought their kids to school JUST FOR PICTURES. They were not happy when at 9:30 I had to inform them that no one was coming. I know of many daycare and preschools in the area that use or have used Lifetouch. The excuse that we were too far away is unacceptable. Lifetouch contacted us, if this was the case we should have been informed before today. The lack of concern for our business is offensive and inadmissible. You at Lifetouch inconvenienced us more ways than one today but mostly you disappointed our students and parents.
