The guy on the phone said yes. People have food all the time. Obviously when I ordered food during the movie and went to get it, I was told i couldn't bring it in. Also, everything upstairs was closed. The concession stand, the girls bathroom. The bar. The whole point of vip 21+ was to get food/drink during the Lord of the Rings marathon. Literally back to back. But we had to go get those things and bring them up ourselves... and inly from the limited selection they offered. Not usually a big deal, but why pay for the VIP experience then? Waste of money and time. I would not recommend paying for that experience. Just buy regular tickets.

Complained twice to management to no avail. Exterior door was open at 46° outside & pointed out to management. Left before movie was over, couldn't stand it.
- JCJessica Shae CalvertJan 16, 20265.0Me and my parents love this theater :) but this time when we went they had to work On the seats at our recliners where we sat But it was awesome because they got them fixed Then we ordered mobile order popcorn , candy and Drinks but after waiting for it , they never delivered To us in the movie theater but it was awesome Because my dad went in the lobby And bought our popcorn , candy and drinks again Overall I love this theater :) And we will definitely be back again :)
