We visited during the week over spring break. The crowd was minimal, which we loved, and the wait times for attractions were little to none. Some of the rides for the younger kids were not operating, but I assumed it was due to staffing issues. I also liked that there were plenty of resting areas throughout the park and by the rides, so that you could rest or sit and wait while the others ride. The food and drinks were typical park style and price.Overall the park is nice. The staff we did encounter were friendly. Kudos to them for maintaining the bathroom area, it was clean everytime I went!!!

OWA Water Park was an absolute disaster from start to finish. What makes it even worse is that we’ve come here several times over the years, and it has gone downhill fast. Each visit somehow gets worse, which is honestly impressive in the worst way possible. It’s painfully understaffed, and the employees they *do* have act like they’d rather be anywhere else. Most of them seem like clueless, rude teenagers with zero sense of professionalism. Asking for help felt like an inconvenience to them, and the attitude was beyond unacceptable. The lines were ridiculous, especially for the tube rides. Because the staff running them weren’t paying attention or managing things properly, everything moved at a painfully slow pace. They made people re-weigh every single time, which dragged things out even more. We waited over an hour for what ended up being a 20-second ride—completely not worth it. To make matters worse, a lot of the rides were closed, so everyone was crammed into the few that were open, making the wait times even worse. The bathrooms were downright revolting. Filthy, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected for hours—if not the entire day. Trash everywhere, nasty floors, and an overall stench that made it hard to even walk in. It’s honestly shocking they think this is acceptable for paying customers. For the amount of money they charge, this place is a complete joke. Between the terrible service, lack of staff, long lines, closed rides, and disgusting conditions, it’s not just disappointing—it’s embarrassing. Save your time and money and go literally anywhere else.

So upon us driving the 2 and half hours to make this visit which we have been waiting to do for tropic falls the customer service from their workers was unprofessional and very rude. For one my child waiting to go on a ride just standing there not to be acknowledged by the worker until I walked up then says oh this the last ride then why didn’t you say that before she waited 10 min on you??? Then I ordered tickets for extra guest who didn’t arrive due to other issues and I went to an employee at the gate and requested a manager. After waiting literally over 30 plus minutes I watched her walk up he tells her the issue she then tells him to go and tells them to lock the gate and still not saying anything to me until I spoke up THEN says oh I was about to say something once they locked the gate but we don’t do refunds which could have been said to the employee who was texting looking for a manager and her name was ELLA very rude and unprofessional!

This place was horrible definitely not autistic friendly. The food is HORRIBLE nothing Kosher there was no FRESH fruits. It was awful. My kid cousin ordered food and it her chicken was BLACK on the inside. Half the workers you can’t understand because they speak NO ENGLISH then they act like they do speak English and prefer English when u try to speak Spanish to them. THEN when second shift came the last ride my 6 year old daughter couldn’t somehow pass the height test but had videos from the same ride last shift😂 just a waste of money. It’s sad this place can bring in millions of dollars and can’t use their local farmers to gain access to FRESH food hike the price for food but it’s not even CLOSE to healthy 😭
