I had an awful experience here. Waited 30 minutes on a drink at libation bar and during that time there were 3 staff members at one point.. The staff doesn’t keep the place clean and there should have been a limit to how many people should be let in because the place was barely walkable without people bumping into you. We got into the lazy pool and the pool was so crowded I thought someone was gonna kick my pregnant wife’s stomach. The food made me sick to my stomach and nothing was worth my money or time.

They let me ride the slides all day at 254lbs. The last shift denied for four funky pounds after I spent over $300 on tickets and food etc

I’m currently at Tropic Falls and overall we’ve had a great time. The facilities and the venue itself are really nice, and there’s plenty for families to enjoy. However, my young children and I purchased a cabana expecting an elevated experience and some level of service, and unfortunately that part has been disappointing. The service associated with the cabana has been very poor, which was surprising given the additional cost. That said, if you’re looking for a theme park and water park with great amenities and a fun atmosphere for families, this is definitely a place to check out. I just hope the cabana service experience improves so it matches the quality of the rest of the park.

Solid little park — worth the trip Took my daughter and her friend to Tropical Falls to celebrate her ninth birthday. March visit, so off-season — crowds were light and the experience was better for it. Plenty to keep two kids busy for a full day trip without feeling like you're scrambling for things to do. Food was actually good, which isn't always a given at these places. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the drink options too. Pricing is what it is — you're not walking away thinking you got robbed... The big screen showing college basketball was a nice touch. I'd do a return trip on a college football Saturday.

Not a fan of their required ticket policy. You were able to buy a wristband and watch others ride. Now you need a ticket to walk around. Not likely to bring our group back. It was an easy nice thing to do but required ticket was a disappointment. I would have pad $10 for an observer wristband.
