  My daughter and I went to see Hoppers in 3D, it was relevant to the world and so cute! Then popped in another theater and watched Bride! And it was Fantastic, awesome! A must-have see!!

  Maria was super helpful today. My husband and I accidentally both purchased tickets to the same movie today. She was able to refund and fix it all up cause I had bought the tickets through Cinemark. She was so nice and patient with us. Thank you Maria!!

  Originally I was going to send this as a response to a survey, but I don’t have the code the survey requires and I don’t understand why the survey was even sent if it requires some special code from a receipt I never received. Here’s what I would’ve put in the survey: This is specific to the service I received on 03/05/26. The service I received on 03/07/26 was absolutely satisfactory! On 03/05/26, I was in the theatre to see the 3:15pm showing of The Bride. Really good movie! What I didn’t like was the customer service I received at the concession stand and the box office. The white guy at the box office asked me if I was a Cinemark member, I didn’t remember, but he didn’t even bother to offer to check my phone number and didn’t seem very interested. The concession situation was strange and frustrating. The lighter dark skinned young woman didn’t greet me and walked away right in the middle of when I was asking for popcorn and didn’t come back, just took a pizza out of the oven, almost like I didn’t exist. You can check the cameras on around 3:15 to 3:20pm to see what I mean. I did not appreciate that. I usually don’t leave these types of reviews, but as someone who also works in customer service, this was not very professional of her. She acted as if she wasn’t at work. She didn’t greet me or ask me if I’d like to order something. She just stared at me like I was a brick wall, it was super awkward. I’m really getting fed up with the customer service I’ve been receiving from Cinemark the last few times I’ve watched films at Century 16. I think there either needs to be more training or management really needs to have a serious talk with its employees because this is the kind of attitude that causes me to want to wait until the movies I’d like to see come out on streaming or is released to the Beartooth theater. It’s not encouraging me to want to spend my hard earned money only to be treated like I’m a chore for someone who doesn’t even act like they want to work there.
