Honestly, the way this company operates feels incredibly misleading and takes advantage of students who are already spending a lot. You’re led to believe that $40 actually gets you something meaningful, but in reality, it’s just the fee to take the photos. Then, if you actually want the photos, you’re looking at another $200–$400. I understand it’s a business, but these are graduation photos for students. Not luxury products. To be fair, the photos themselves turned out decent. But the experience? Not great at all. The photographer came across as condescending and impatient, like he was trying to rush me through the entire session as quickly as possible. Normally, I wouldn’t make a big deal about speed, but when you’re paying even just $40 for the session, you expect at least a basic level of care and professionalism. After going through the standard poses, I was told there was extra time if I wanted to try something different. I said no to new poses, but I did ask to retake one photo with my grad cap because he had put it on without letting me check a mirror—and it ended up flattening my hair awkwardly on my forehead. I didn’t even notice at the time. Despite being told there was extra time, he refused my request, saying it would take “too long” to put the gown and cap back on. That made no sense, especially when I had just been told the time was available. Overall, it felt like you’re paying just to deal with a rushed, dismissive experience, only to then be expected to spend hundreds more on the actual photos. The lack of flexibility and the condescending attitude really made the whole thing frustrating. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Absolutely scammy ways of doing things. Paid $40 something for just the phototography - and now they want another $300+ for grad photos! Are they wrapped in gold?

Horrible experience. The photographer took only two of the same photos without allowing me different photos or facial expressions when I had booked a photo session for 35 photos.

The photographer was really nice, and I enjoyed the process, but the prices feel like an actual scam. Nobody told me I would have to pay extra to get my pictures. I already paid $40, and I’m not willing to pay an additional $325 just to download the photos.
