I emailed saying that I cannot pay the bill and that since I’ve only used 10-20% within A YEAR, it would be best for them to come get the tank and end my business with them. You would think that they would call me BEFORE taking the tank WHILE I WAS AT WORK so that I can make other arrangements in order to have a working stove. Apparently I was wrong because when I got home yesterday, it was gone and the company put tire tracks in my yard. Also each and every person I speak with is rude or is condescending in some manner.
