Today we had a little hope considering they were at the neighbors, but as of right now they’ve left and we still have no propane. Luckily we’re working and could afford to spend $500 in electric heaters, but now our electric bill has also skyrocketed. If this isn’t resolved we will be switching…. We’re most likely switching anyways.

I bought my tank from them 25 years ago, and in that time they've come out on a Christmas Eve, weekends, and inclement weather. When the road has been bad, they've put chains on to get to me. They've always come out when I needed them, and will try to help regardless of the weather. I use their prebuy program, and they have never let me down.
