    Their service has simply been unprofessional and unacceptable. I have had Hagadorn as my propane providers for the past two winters. In that time I ran out once last year and twice this year. I have called with plenty of time before I was in danger of running out and it was often times a month or more before they have came out to fill it up. They will not give you any kind of idea of when they are coming either, all you can get out of them is that you are on the list and they will get there sometime. My last fill up in January I was almost out and had to hound them for weeks to come fill my tank up and when they do their truck runs out of gas and I don’t get a full tank. If you are looking to get propane set up for your home I would not count on this company to keep your family warm.

    Don't even bother. Called to check on prices for delivery, said two different prices, one if you own the tank, another if you rent. Me: "Ok...how much if I own it?" Hagedorn's: "I'm not going to give that information." Outstanding business acumen. Wonder what this place really does instead of selling propane? Tax write-off/covid cash scam, front for another business? Not interested in the business of selling propane, that's for sure.

    Worst place to get propane when having an infant in the house!!! Will not recommend to a new family or any family in that matter!! I've called multiple times about getting a refill due to me having an infant and they haven't sent anyone out to fill our tank but is willing to put us on a waiting list until we have no heat!! I absolutely WOULD NOT AND I MEAN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR PROPANE AND THEIR PRICES WILL LEAVE YOU WONDERING WHY THEY COST SO MUCH!!
