Disappointed with the service this time. I called for a refill on Dec 10, told her we were at 20%, paid for the refill, not mentioned to me that we should call at 30% in winter. I called on Monday Dec 15 to see if they could tell me when I would get delivery, could not tell me, said I was still on the list and that in winter we should request refill @30%, first time I was told this. I called again on Friday Dec 19, still can't tell me when I will get delivery. We are using a hot plate to cook and only turn heat on when it gets too cold. We are 3 senior citizens here trying to keep warm is unacceptable.

The area for feed/grain would be a 3star because of the help its that high. Prices are about twice market value but maybe because they had to touch it twice they charge for twice. As for the agronomy office they showed me the door b4 i could finish my questions... even after waiting for the second guy to come to ask them about their product lines like basic fertilizers. I didnt even get to other soil supplies i needed. Its hard to be in business when ur not selling to a Customer much the less a NEW customer. It screams money Laundering for a place of its size. That dont want new cash flow from a new prospect. New farmers bewear.
