  Ran out of propane, some confusion between were we to be “will call” or company inspect level, stuff happens, no big deal. But Mark was in Chelan working on Slide Waters, after a long day he calls at 8:00 pm, he has filled our tank, then comes in to make sure oven and fireplace are working. You don’t get such caring service in the big cities. Thanks Mark. Great guys.

  This company was amazing to work with. I called on short notice and they accommodated. I needed them to come down a week earlier than scheduled and they were extremely kind and showed up. They are a family owned business and were professional and efficient. While many companies were a nightmare to work with they kept this part of home building smooth for us. Thank you to the team at Basin.

  I went to Basin Propane after inquiring at another vendor. I can definitely say the lady was rude and sharp with me. She acted like I was an inconvenience to her day. Thus I have taken my business elsewhere.

  Recently moved from the Seattle area and needed to get set up with propane for our fireplace. Bill was the one who set up the tank and hooked up the fireplace and he was great. My 3 year old daughter was his shadow while he was working, wanting to see everything. He was great with her, kind enough to not let it bug him while also getting the job done on time. Working with Bill and Basin Propane out of Moses Lake was another example of the different kind of community we wanted when we moved out here. Thank you Bill and team.
