  Absolutely amazing people to deal with. Signed up as a new customer and had lots of questions, each time I called I felt like I was being treated very well, respectfully, and with a side of humor at times. So much better from our previous fuel delivery. Highly recommend them for service, delivery, and customer service.

  I've been fortunate to use PACKARD FUELS for many years now. One of the BEST decisions I ever made! (I commented on their Facebook page about the many reasons to choose PACKARD FUELS). And recently, they saved me once again! I got home from a month away. There had been a terrible wind storm while I was away. The wind had actually pushed my back door open. I had expected to have plenty of fuel when I got home. I opened the front door and it was colder inside than out. Within 5 minutes I was on the phone with PACKARDS. AT THAT TIME, I HAD NO OPTION BUT TO PAY AN EMERGENCY DELIVERY FEE. it was late Thursday and the next delivery would be the first of the next week. On her own iniative, the lady with whom I spoke asked me to give her a few minutes to see what she could work out for me. Within 1/2 hour, she had arranged for me to get 30 gallons of heating fuel to get me through to a regular delivery!!! Being away for a month, walking into a freezing house, within 1 1/2 hour, my house was WARM! That's the service I've always gotten with PACKARD FUELS. As I said on Facebook, give yourself a holiday gift, CALL PACKARD FUELS TODAY! November 30, 2018. UPDATE: once again, yesterday, PACKARD FUELS came through for me! I am disabled and had been worried that I couldn’t clear a path to my oil tank. The delivery person had already slogged through several feet of snow and filled my tank! I just can’t stress what good, honest, hardworking people own and work for PACKARD FUELS! We all have plenty of stress and worries. Do yourselves a huge favor and call PACKARD FUELS for your heating needs! Unlike the national companies, when you call you get a real person! No menus no holding, etc. and they are in East Montpelier, not Phoenix, Arizona so they “get it”. The best thing I can do for them and YOU is urge you to give them a try!
