  We own a small apartment building in Bellows Falls and James has been our go-to for every need. We use them for our oil, heating, and plumbing and they are always prompt and very respectful. As a property manager I know I can always count on them if an emergency arises. They have repaired an ancient boiler from the 50's so we could get our tenants hooked up with minisplits. They replaced 2 water heaters when we decommissioned the boiler and the other water heater leaked. Now they are fixing a leaky tub that has old fixtures. They have always been prompt and reliable with any service. We had a gentleman help us at 1130 pm one night. Best company around and will always have our business. This was all with in the last year as well. They are amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

  I’m truly appreciative of the technician James coming out to assess my rental property. He was very kind and helpful with assessing the property. Even checked twice when I explained the situation. Gave me advice on what I should do if I ever thought I smelled a gas leak. I highly recommend James Plumbing and Heating.

  We called to set up a propane service an after calling repeatedly an I do mean repeatedly being out on a schedule an waiting 3 months my wife had made a call AGAIN to see when they were finally coming out to set the tank we were told AFTER waiting 3 months they weren't accepting any new services an to go with some one else I wouldn't recommend these clowns to anyone come to find out they can't keep ANY certified help on their payroll either id say to anyone to go with a more reputable company then these jokers
