- ABAva BMar 25, 20265.0Went for the first time on Saturday after hearing about them from a friend. Good selection of beautiful hay with the analysis!!! The front desk worker, Lauren, was AMAZING and very personable! She helped me read and understand the analysis and educated me on the various types of hay and on their producers. Very professional and so kind! The guys who loaded me were also very nice, and they got the job done quick. Highly recommend! they also have a large selection of feed and can special order feeds for you from Kalmbach. Worth a visit!
- KHKelsey HoneycuttMar 6, 20265.0I recently found out about Old Dominion Hay and decided to pay them a visit. I am SO GLAD I did. They had chicken feed I wanted to try so I bought a bag. They loaded the bag into my car and I went on down the road when I realized they had given me the wrong item. I called just to make sure they had what I wanted in stock, they did, so I turned around to head back. The receptionist called me back and asked where I was because her boss was going to have someone bring me the correct bag. I insisted that wasn't necessary and that I was just down the road and would be there shortly. Once I arrived and drove around back, I had 3 individuals waiting for me (the boss, individual who loaded my car & the receptionist). Every single one of them apologized profusely for the mistake and I assured them that we are all human and make mistakes and that it was no worry at all. They even gave me a free bag of feed for the mishap. They did NOT need to do that, but they insisted. In short, Old Dominion Hay has a customer for life. They went above and beyond to fix a very simple mix up that I wasn't worried about one bit. Please go pay them a visit for all your farming/livestock needs. Thanks again Old Dominion Hay!
