  The crew came out on 3/10 and determined my compressor died and the 23 year old unit needed replacing. They took measurements the next day, provided a fair estimate and ordered all needed equipment with my approval. They returned on 3/17 and had the unit replaced in about 5 hours. They did a great job, paying attention to the smallest details, making sure everything was running perfectly. I’ve used Lin Jarret ever since we purchased this home in 1988 and will continue to use them, none better!

  Service call to check my heat pump: They were experienced and thorough. They checked my freon, my reversing circuit that thaws the frosted coils on the heat pump and checked the amperage on the emergency heat coils on the air handler. Excellent service and reasonably priced. Thank you for your exemplary service, Jay

  This weekend was not the weekend you really wanted to have an issue with your gas furnace. I left a voicemail on the nonemergency line and within 30 minutes. I had a call from the technician that was on call today. Jamie fit me in along with all the other calls he had and still had one to do when he left my house a little after 6pm. He advised some issues that I probably need to take care of and is going to research if they have available parts to make some changes.I could not have asked for a better service thank you so much and I look forward to working with y’all again

  Jamie was the service technician that showed up and fixed my heating issue with no problem. I’m a current tenant of Parr and Abernathy, that are by far the BEST property management I’ve ever dealt with. They provide wonderful third party local businesses promptly to help with any issues at any time. Lin Jarrett Heating and Air Conditioning was by far the best choice. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
