However, he miss bid the job by 25%, took twice as long he thought...and the quality shows. Hint...if you don't know, say you don't know.... As a small business owner i know that if the job doesnt work, you eat any loss as "tuition " of leaning your business. Hint, make the client happy. Again, go somewhere else, save yourself the headachend and save money.
