  Friendly customer service (Cheryl is nice) and efficient fix on my machine. I appreciated the pictures Troy took and sent to me when he found the problem on the machine as it gave me transparency for what I was paying for. Also, the cost was reasonable.

  They worked with us getting things where we wanted. Instillation looks great and the equipment works great too. Also they have been helpful any time an issue comes up.

  1st off my company has been purchasing supplies from this company I called in to get a quote on a pressure washer the gentleman I spoke with gave me the price on the pressure washer and us and the specs of this machine. The specs he talks about included a hand crank hose reel and a 50' pressure pressure washer hose I told him I don't need either of those items would it change the price on this unit? He then proceeded to tell me he does not want to do business with me anymore and that I'm trying to beat him up on price I was just curious if he was interested in selling machine for cheaper if not we would proceed and by the machine at full cost with a hose reel and pressure washer hose I do not need. Instead he decided to tell me he does not want to do business with me. I was more than willing to pay full price. WOW I will for sure stop sending my clients to them. Definitely recomend going else.

  These guys know what they are doing. Great prices, fixed my pressure washer saved a ton of money. Keep up the great work!

  Not a good experience. Didn't fix my issue, over-charged for it. I won't be back.
