  They have the worst customer service. EVER!!!! They take absolutely no pride in the work they do. If you are unhappy with the work they do cause it looks uneven and sloppy they make you feel like you are the problem for complaining about it. They had to come to our home numerous time to reset poles. They waited over a week and a half to hang our gates. When I contacted them they said they thought it was already done. I sent an email a month ago asking if we would have any compensation for all the hassle and lady in the office told me they have already done more work then they are even charging us for. Yes because the work you did was your employees mistake. We will never be using them again for our fencing needs.

  I have had 3 unfortunate experiences with this company in the last several months. I bought privacy slats for my vinyl fence and they sell them by the bag which is supposed to cover 10 ft. ea. bought 60 ft worth and it only covered 55 ft. of our fence. Then around the same time I was googling fence installation companies and they came up I called and they said they would have their guy call me for a free estimate he never called. I called a second time and he never called again still waiting...then to make my experience even better my brother in law picked up 4 pieces he thought we would need for our vinyl fence which we did not end up needing. I called to see what their return policy was and they said Lad had to call me I am pretty sure this is the same person who was supposed to call me back about the other things. Anyways they said there would be a restocking fee which I understand, yet no call back. My husband went there to return them and the lady there can't do anything without this Lad person, basically sounds like she is just there to answer the phone to tell people Lad needs to handle everything. Our experience has been awful and Lad if you ever seem to have time feel free to follow up on calls you should have returned 2 months ago.
