  Worst service ive ever experienced in my life. 2 different phone numbers and cant reach a single person, even tho i was told to call next time b4 making another wasted trip. Because of this Im revising my review. I left one 4 years ago and gave them 2 stars, apparently. Im now changing that to 1. I find no joy in this cuz I have been using their services for a very long time, however the last 4 or 5 experiences have been TERRIBLE. My review b4 consisted of being told twice that they were closed when it was 2 o'clock but they dont close til 3. Tho, I could somewhat understand that, maybe theres cleaning and shutting things down that they have to do so they can go home on time. If thats the case, they need to post somewhere that they "do not accept cans or certain scrap past 2 o'clock." Thats what caused me to leave 2 stars b4. I left 2 instead of one cuz I normally dont have issues. Im now changing it to 1 cuz I have called and called, and also used their "contact us" feature on the website which is literally just an email basically. That was 3 hours ago and still havent received an answer. Its just insane to me that in 2026 you cant get ahold of anyone to ask a simple question, without physically going there, and even then its like a scavenger hunt to find someone, just to inquire about their services. Its just ridiculous. 1 star.

  No problems at all, good folks. Have dealt with them for years. Actually they found a trailer of mine that had been stolen and gave it back to me at no cost. Good people!!!!

  I thought it was just me ,but that guy is very rude! After he watched me unload a whole truck load of heave scrap and I got down to the last thing (compressor) and he said they couldn't take it. If I could have loaded my stuff back up by myself I would have and hauled it to the land field after he said that ! Only reason I gave them one star is that was the lowest option .
