  THE BEST!! We were left without a properly working tank (for months!) by a different incompetent company. As soon as I called I was treated with such kindness and concern for our situation. Communication was great (phone and text), they were willing to discuss different solutions, and were so patient with my concerns and questions. They were quick to respond and fixed the issue that plagued us for months! I had to contact them again regarding a non related follow up issue and again - quick, kind, thorough, efficient, etc. I cannot recommend them enough!

  Worse place ever to get any welding supplies. Horrible staff and can never get any thing done FAST. Will never go back

  We had Agway prior to Ross years ago. Agway charged us $4.00 a gallon,summer and winter. We always get the prebuy propane from them. They have saved us thousands over the years . Deliveries and service are always quick and professional .Highly recommend them !
