  Santilli Oil was called to do service on a 91 year old woman's leaking relief valve on a water heater. A relief valve can be purchased under $15. They also installed a expansion tank ($40), which the house did not have for 30 years. Upon completing work they did not even clean up the small puddle of water on the floor. I called them on her behalf and he said she has been a friend for many many years, they knew her husband when he still lived, and that they DO NOT CLEAN UP after service. Is this the business you want doing service at your house. A business that charges an ELDERLY, 91 YEAR OLD WOMAN, AND FRIEND $300 for service, maybe even your mother?
