  In February, I contacted Elite for help with a unique odor issue I was experiencing whenever I ran my wall propane heater. I ended up speaking with Jeremy, and after several minutes discussing the problem, he made a suggestion based on his experience. As it turned out, Jeremy was absolutely spot on. His recommendation resolved the issue. I really appreciated the time he took to listen and troubleshoot the problem with me. Excellent customer service and expertise.

  Elite Fuel is a great company. We’ve been using them for about 10 years for home propane delivery. So consistently cheaper than Suburban and Amerigas that I don’t bother checking them anymore. No hazmat fees, no delivery fees, no credit card fees. Even another 10 cent discount for prompt pay. Overall great.

  I had Clayton, one of Elite's HVAC techs, out to service my fuel burner , and I just wanted to share some feedback. Clayton was very honest, straightforward and professional. I was just very impressed with his overall level of service, so I wanted to pass this on to make sure he was recognized. Thanks a lot!
