  Been with the company for several years never have had a problem. Most recently Michelle in the office has been so nasty every time I speak to her she has an attitude with me. Most recently charged my card for more than agreed and made my bank account negative while they credited the account. I am out of town and had to transfer money from my savings. Worse part is they were wrong and Michelle again has an attitude and had no apology for her mistake. I will be looking into other services. If I had gotten an apology I might have been ok but after years of happy service I feel disappointed and disrespected.

  I’ve been a customer for years and unfortunately, at least four times a year (while or on auto delivery) we run out because they continuously push our delivery date to suit their schedule. Then it takes 3 days for them to deliver and we have no heat or hot water. This has happened in January/February a few times. We’ve had to use our camper for showers. When I call to complain (like I did today) they always say they are sending a truck but that doesn’t happen. Oh and thank god my husband knows how to bleed and restart the furnace after every time it runs out. A good oil company would do that much for you following their mistake. Finally done. Switching on Monday.

  DO NOT GO HERE! Went to Libert Oil for the first time and purchased 200 gallons and paid in cash on site. The driver decided to deliver 500 gallons and said it was a “mistake”. I talked to the owner and he said pay when you can, so when I made the first payment of $150.00 1/3 of it was interest for the drivers “mistake”. I now received a notification they are taking me to civil court. This company is the BIGGEST FRAUD AND SCAMMERS I have ever dealt with.
