  An amazing company! 10 out of 10! We ran out of oil last night on a freezing night and when I called our oil provider of 10 years said they couldn’t come out for 3 days. I called Latshaw and Son and the incredibly kind June managed to get me scheduled for today even though we were not in their delivery area. Mr. Latshaw and his son were here by 2:30 (I called at 10:30). They delivered our oil and then kindly help my husband bleed and restart our furnace which they simply did out of kindness. I wish they were in my area because I’d switch immediately. Anyone in their area should call them! Kind, efficient, reasonable prices and just the nicest people!!

  AMAZING customer service and genuine family company. We were in a pinch for a delivery when our HVAC completely shut down during this cold snap. They put us on the schedule same day, and then gave us a discount when they did need to push us until the next morning. Excellent communication, arrived on time, and earned a lifetime customer. THANK YOU!! (Our previous supplier decided to arbitrarily place a time limit on being a customer and wouldn't come for a week since we were a "new customer" now - while also argumentatively questioning why our backup oil lasted so long between fill ups - didn't care at all that we did not have heat)

  Mr. Latshaw was so helpful on 2/4/26. We ran out of oil and it was an emergency because my wife just got home from the hospital and was in a hospital bed in our living room. We had never done business with him before and he did not even hesitate to help getting oil for us in 1 hour. He will be our oil company from now on. And should be yours if your reading my review.   What a great company. Our church was in a pinch and ran out of oil. He came over same day and filled us up, plus guided us through how to reset the furnace. He even called well after he left and checked to make sure we got the furnace on. Amazing service!!!!!
