  The crew worked very hard throughout the morning and early afternoon. Their care and concern for my wood floors throughout was quite evident - they laid down runners and were especially careful as they moved from room to room. Definitely recommend Baxter!!

  Beware!! You have to check their work!! The crew claimed everything was complete but they missed multiple areas of mold in our basement, and they didn't do all the work contracted at first. They claimed the missed areas exceeded the scope of work- it didn't, and I was never notified about additional areas of issue to have the option to add it in. When the issues were brought up, they attempted to refuse correcting their work, then after talking with the owner we had reached a hopeful resolution. We were never able to reach a real resolution and have them complete this missed work which is also extremely frustrating. Regardless of the outcome from my situation- their work needs to be thoroughly checked. I worry how many homes people thought things were done right and still have mold spreading.

  Baxter is a phenomenal organization that will never cut corners or sacrifice quality. When we have a client that needs assistance with mold or asbestos removal, we know they will be taken care of with 100% care. Beyond the work performed, the people at Baxter are also amazing. Zero reservations in giving a 5 star review here!

  The team at Baxter Environmental Group were a pleasure to work with. From the estimate to the finished job they were on time and communicated well. The work of cleaning our attic from decades of pigeon excrement was fully accomplished. I certainly recommend this very professional business.
