  Literally just hung up on me for no reason. I asked for price for heating oil per gallon and heard the phone slam down and the call end. I don’t even know what to say. That is an impressive level of disrespect to a customer and for absolutely no reason. I’m honestly shocked at what just happened. I could understand if I was swearing or even remotely angry or something but a 2 sec phone call with one question asked. My advice if you want more customers find some nicer staff because whoever that was…she just cost you a customer in me.

  Do yourself a favor and call a company who treats you as if they actually appreciate your business. No longer will I give my business to people who think they have the market cornered just because they have repeat business from people who either don't understand there are better companies out there or just don't want to take the time to find out if there are better companies out there. When it's the dead of winter and you have been a customer for the past 5 years, you don't expect to be laughed at when you ask for a delivery. I'm tired of the companies who want to take your money and treat you like a number. If you are annoyed by your job retire ! I have higher expectations. Sorry Woodlawn you just lost a customer.
