  Had a window replaced by Lane County Glass. When I had the estimate I was told that it would be a 2.5 hour labor cost of $300. I called ahead and was told that if it took less time it would be negotiated. It took only 1.5 hours to install glass. Which is $200 an hour. I spoke to the manager who refused to adjust the labor charge. I believe that this company is scamming people by clearly overcharging for a service that they did not deliver. I will report to the BBB.

  Although it took a while to get parts, my experience has been exceptional. The young man who did the work on my shower door was engaging, thoughtful, thorough and prompt. Made the door better than before, cleaned up after himself and was very personable. Heartily recommend their service.

  This place is amazing!! After going to multiple glass shops to get my mirror fixed, getting the runaround and extremely high quotes I was sent here by a friend got a great deal and it was done way before expected
