He said "I just took a shit in the bathroom and there was no toilet paper so I used my receipt to wipe so I’m gonna need a new receipt printed for me." She asked him twice if he was being serious and they way he treated her was very condensing. Very poor representation of what should be a wholesome and "local" product.

Took 10 business days to get my money back and a lot of hassle to make my order. Most recent attempt at a several thousand dollar order I just had to give up because weeks of emails were met with "you need to just call" and phone calls were met with "we are busy please leave a message and we'll call you back." Left several messages. Took a week for them to get back to me... Over a year of miserable experiences with this company. The only positive thing I can say about these people is that the truck driver they would send out seemed nice and showed up on time. Sounds like they got rid of their trucks though.
